Overview
You can delete your Flash TNPSC account at any time. This page explains how, including what to do if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in Flash TNPSC:
- Open the Flash TNPSC app and sign in
- Go to Profile → Edit profile
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Confirm — your account is closed and you are signed out
If you no longer have the app
If you have uninstalled Flash TNPSC and cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account at hormonia.in@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account on your behalf.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account closes it and removes your personal study data:
- Your account profile (name and email)
- Your study progress — card reviews, ratings, streaks, and history
- Your test attempts and results
Account and study-progress records are removed within 30 days. Subscription records and store payment receipts are retained for the period required by Indian tax law (currently 8 years), as anonymised billing entries — these carry no study data. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play; cancel renewals from your store account so you are not charged again.
