Account data: your email and full name, obtained when you sign in with Google or Apple. Sign-in is handled entirely by your Google or Apple account — we never see or store a password.

Study progress: the cards you review, your answers and ratings, the tests you attempt, and the timestamps of those activities. Used to schedule reviews and show your progress.

Subscription data: your plan tier and billing cycle, populated by the App Store / Google Play (via RevenueCat) webhook to our backend. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple and Google — we never see or store your payment instrument details.

Feedback: any feedback you submit from inside the app, including the message body, your email, and an optional phone number. Used solely to respond to you.

Flash TNPSC does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, location, or calendar. The mobile app requests no device-level permissions beyond what Expo requires for fonts and secure storage.

Account data identifies you across sessions. Study progress drives the spaced-repetition schedule and the progress screen. Subscription data gates access to premium subjects and test sets. Feedback is read by Hormonia support to respond and improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

All app data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Payments and payment-instrument data are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AWS-managed encryption on every database table and storage bucket).

Active accounts retain all data indefinitely. If you delete your account, account and study-progress records are removed within 30 days. Subscription records and store payment receipts are retained for the period required by Indian tax law (currently 8 years), as anonymised billing entries.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings, which removes your data per the schedule above. You can request a copy of your data by emailing hormonia.in@gmail.com.

We'll update this page when our practices materially change and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Flash TNPSC after a change means you accept the updated policy.
