Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your DocScribe account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, including what to do if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in DocScribe:

1. Open the DocScribe app and sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm — your account and data are erased

If you no longer have the app

If you have uninstalled DocScribe and cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account at hormonia.in@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account on your behalf.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account profile (name, email, specialty, and other details)
• All patient records you created
• All visits, audio recordings, transcripts, and clinical notes
• Files you attached to visits (lab reports, images)
• Your subscription and usage history within DocScribe

We complete deletion within 30 days of the request, except where limited retention is required by law (for example, tax or audit obligations). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
